Knowledge is power. Although I have a BA in Italian language, I invested my knowledge to go far beyond that, so I graduated with a Master degree in International Commercial Negotiation, and learned new things and developed new interests: going from SEO SEM to Diplomacy, Geopolitics and Entrepreneurship. Being influenced by the Beirut explosion 2020 and the field work with NGOs during emergencies, I decided to conduct my Master’s thesis on “Impact of Technology on Humanitarian Crises Management”. Since my curiosity has no limits, I found myself going deeper in Tech and AI, and turns out that my curiosity was in the right place, by graduating with distinction.
My passion for discovering new fields and leave a positive impact in the community and protect human’s rights pushed me to go deeper in the technical work of fighting corruption in Lebanon, that I have already started with a UN agency. I see that the Youth4Governance internship program is a unique opportunity to be a change maker and be able to discover the public sector and understand its functions. I am excited to have the opportunity to put the skills I have already acquired to use by helping create the change in Lebanon, in addition of improving them throughout my time at Siren Associates.
