Since my high school years, I have nurtured a passion for human rights, justice, public sector reform, and anti-corruption, driven by a deep commitment to creating a fairer and more transparent society. My commitment in MUN conferences, gaining awards and promoting gender quality were keynotes in my earlier life.
As a third-year law student in USJ, I have joined the university’s legal clinic and I had the opportunity of taking part in the Prison’s Law Reform Project organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice. And I am currently the vice-president of the Feminist Club in USJ for the second year in a row and a member of Campus-J. I firmly believe that embarking Youth4Governance program is a worthwhile and necessary journey closer to state-building. Moreover, I am looking forward to gain experience in public sector consultancy, policy making processes throughout of it overlapping with work in the legal field.
The state is ours and it is our duty to catch on this candle of hope and light up our beloved Lebanon with all the positive vibes, whilst other people aim to convince us to take airport’s path instead!
